Registered Nurse Case Manager Job Description

Nextaff is currently looking to fill a Registered Nurse Case Manager position in Orlando, FL.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an RN
• 2 years of Case Management experience
• 2 years of recent acute hospital experience in discharge planning
• Willing to float to different hospitals if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $36.00 - $46.00 per hour
