JOB SUMMARY:

Assist with planning, organizing, administering, and evaluating the SNF nursing services. Responsible for assuring the maintenance of quality service that will meet the total needs of the resident. Responsible for resident's plan of care.

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

*After 90 days of employment

** Subject to performance terms and schedule

Requirements

• Possess either an associate or bachelor degree in nursing from an accredited college.
• Minimum of two (2) years of additional clinical experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing.
• Two (2) years of supervisory or administrative experience.
• Maintain a current and active Florida nursing license.
• Maintain a current and active CPR card.
• Read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
• Willing to work beyond the normal working hours, on weekends, and in other positions temporarily, when necessary.
• Function independently with flexibility and personal integrity while working effectively with residents, staff and visitors.
