Full job description
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain patient records and files in an organized manner
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and address concerns or complaints
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using phone systems, computers, and office software applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and courteous demeanor
Note: Medical office management, front desk experience, calendar management, phone systems, file management, phone etiquette, training development, and team management are all important skills for this role.

Pay: $16.60 - $19.99 per hour
