Central Florida Nonprofit Recognized at RESPECT of Florida Annual Awards
ORLANDO – Lighthouse Works, an Orlando-based organization that provides competitive job opportunities for people living with vision impairment or blindness, was recently recognized as the 2022 Employment Center of the Year in the Services category.
RESPECT of Florida presented Lighthouse with a plaque at the annual awards luncheon, which was held in Clearwater Beach on September 21st. The Employment Center of the Year in the Services category award is given to a center that consistently provides excellent service to procuring agencies and demonstrates effective responsiveness.
“This is an incredible honor not only for Lighthouse but for our employees whose commitment and dedication has been recognized at the state level,” said Kyle Johnson, President and CEO. “Each award Lighthouse receives further encourages our team to continue providing the highest quality of service.”
