This past Thursday, we learned the 82nd Airborne was deployed to Poland.  This following 20-years and 2,400 American Troops killed in Afghanistan. What? Not even 6-months after the “bungled” Afghanistan withdrawal!  

Washington, DC aka “the Swamp”, “the Bubble” and many expletive laced nicknames I cannot write here, how about a naïve thought, Protect this Great Nation! Protect our Homeland! Protect our Children and future generations! If this military/industrial driven economy must spend our Great Grandchildren and beyond into the oblivion of National Debt. Protecting the Homeland and deploying troops to the Southern Border makes sense. 

Stop, I’m No Racist! I am the grandchild of Irish – German immigrants. A student of history recognizing the valuable impact of immigrants on this nation. Immigration is Good for the United States, an absolute MUST in the 21st Century! But, Not with the current “rudderless” Southern Border management of present and past Democrat & Republican Administrations. Including Legislators elected and empowered to provide a solution and failing to do so!  

Illegal Fentanyl seizures at the Southern Border have doubled the past year!

• One kilogram of Fentanyl ​is equivalent to 500,000 lethal doses, the Federal government estimates, meaning the seizures represent 2.5 billion doses prevented from entering the country. 
• Unfortunately, seizures represent only a minor percentage of the Fentanyl entering this country! 
• Two milligrams of pure fentanyl, which is about the size of about four grains of salt, is enough to kill an average adult. 
• Counterfeit Prescription Drugs laced with Fentanyl are killing unsuspecting Americans all over the US. 

Factor in Human Trafficking; the emerging slavery and MS13 Gang members illegally crossing the Southern Border and it is alarmingly apparent this Great Nation is under ATTACK and at WAR! Not the Conventional, or Cold Wars of history, but Unconventional War strategically destroying this country from the inside. Defending the Homeland is common sense! A bonus…It absolutely will be less expensive, free up needed budget for Healthcare and Human Services and begin slowing Federal Debt.
