Ponte Health Properties, LLC, the developer entity at PONTE HEALTH, is on schedule for a Closing transaction on 76.5 Acres at 12700 S Orange Ave, a part of the Southchase Land Use Plan (LUP), for the firm's development of ProsperPark One; the transaction is set to close within a week.
