HCA Healthcare North Florida Division announced the appointment of Kristin Dyer, MHA, as Chief Financial Officer. With more than 18 years of experience in healthcare finance, she assumes oversight for financial efficiency and risk management across HCA Healthcare North Florida Division’s 15 hospitals and other sites of care.
“Kristin is an incredible resource and mission-oriented leader who has made significant contributions to each organization she’s been a part of,” said Richard Hammett, HCA Healthcare North Florida Division President. “We are very fortunate to have her here at the North Florida Division, where I know she will serve as an invaluable resource.”
Dyer began her career with HCA Healthcare's Capital Division in 2013 as Controller of Portsmouth Regional Hospital in New Hampshire. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Chippenham and Johnston-Willis Hospitals, a 758-bed, two-campus organization and part of HCA Healthcare's Capital Division in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to that, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Capital Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee.

Dyer served eight years in the US Navy, where she achieved final rank of Lieutenant in the Medical Services Corps and acted as Chief Financial Officer/Comptroller at the Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, CA.
She earned her Master of Healthcare Administration, Health Policy Certification, and Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Ohio University in Athens.
