The building and management team recognized for excellence by BOMA Orlando.
Orlando Health Medical Pavilion — Spring Lake, a 60,000-square-foot healthcare complex managed by Orlando Health, was recently named as The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) in the medical office category by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Orlando.
This prestigious award, which recognizes excellence in building management, was presented to the regional healthcare provider during a virtual ceremony on December 10. Judging of the award was based on various criteria including maintenance, tenant and employee relations, and several other quality indicators, according to BOMA Orlando.
“We feel honored to have received this acknowledgment for our Spring Lake pavilion,” said Matt Taylor, vice president of Asset Strategy at Orlando Health. “This distinguished award reflects Orlando Health’s commitment to providing patients with the highest level of care at each and every touchpoint. The TOBY recognizes how hard our team works daily to maintain the highest standards for our facilities to provide best-in-class patient care.”
Designed as a full-service, outpatient medical pavilion, the Spring Lake facility is located at the corner of Dr. Phillips Boulevard and Della Drive in the southwest Orange County community. It serves residents living in Dr. Phillips, Windemere, Bay Hill and beyond.
