Orlando Health successfully completed the purchase of a medical office building in Oviedo at 1000 West Broadway Street. The purchase closed on May 25th.
Purchased from Oviedo Medical Properties, LLC, the two story building is more than 72,000 square feet and situated on approximately 7.7 acres. The purchase price was not disclosed. The facility will continue to be used as medical office space, and will expand Orlando Health's services to the community.
