PONTE HEALTH hosted its 1st Annual Golf Tournament October 11, at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Lake Nona.

During the reception, Ponte honored Mara Ramirez -founder of International School for Autism with the first PONTE HEALTH SANITAS AWARD. The Award jumpstarts the Firm's 10 year commitment, of Time and Resources allocated quarterly, to help carry out the work of the Not-for-Profit organization with children in the Autism Spectrum and their Inclusive Spaces around North and South America.

Supporting the Tournament and in attendance were GuideWell Innovation, Mercedes Benz South Orlando, Nemours Children's Hospital, Aspen Diversified Construction, Best Plumbing and Remodeling, Luxury Realty, Garzor Insurance, Signs VW, Aloe Shield, and Kuro-Obi Dojo. Supporting the Tournament as Celebrity Golfer was Florida Gators MVP Chris Leak -who also took this year's Top Golfer Trophy.

PONTE HEALTH will be seeking its next Award Recipient and local Partner NFP organization for 2018 in the coming months, and primarily seeks an organization and a founder that are an extension of the Firm's mission: "to Help Expand the Healing Community"
