FORUM ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR DESIGN, INC. of Altamonte Springs, Florida has completed the design of Village Veranda at Lady Lake, an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility on the east side of SR 441 just north of Hartsock Sawmill Road in Lady, Lake, FL. This project will consist of approximately 117,500 SF of total building area with 125 units; 100 Assisted Living (AL) units and 25 Memory Care (MC) units; and associated common areas including business offices, amenity spaces, dining rooms and landscaped courtyards with koi pond and fountains. The AL portion of the building will be three stories; the MC part of the building will be one story.
The Gordon Companies, based out of Orlando, FL, selected Core Construction as Design-Build Managers. The design team members include Forum Architecture and Interior Design, Inc. as architect and interior designer, Structural Concepts & Design, LLC as structural engineer, MiGre Engineers, LLC as MEP engineer, Wicks Engineering, Inc. as civil engineer, and LPG Urban and Regional Land Planners, Inc. will provide landscape architectural services. SRI Management has been selected as the operator.
Village Veranda at Lady Lake is awaiting permit approval and should begin construction this summer.
