Home Health RN

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Orlando area who are passionate about providing compassionate care through home health visits. This position is PRN (as needed), offering flexibility with visits available Monday to Friday, as well as weekend opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home health visits, assessing patients' conditions and providing skilled nursing care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and their families on proper home healthcare strategies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EMR system.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources as needed.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• CPR certification (current).
