U.S. News & World Report, the global authority in hospital rankings and consumer advice, has named Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, Orlando Health – Health Central Hospital, Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center, Orlando Health South Lake Hospital, Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital and Bayfront Health St. Petersburg as 2022-2023 High Performing hospitals in a total of twelve categories. In the U.S. News & World Report 2022-2023 regional ranking of hospitals, Orlando Health also ranked #8 in Florida and #2 in the Orlando Metro Area.

The U.S. News & World Report ratings are designed to assist patients and their doctors in making informed decisions about where to receive care for challenging health conditions or elective procedures. More than 4,500 hospitals across 15 specialties and 20 procedures and conditions were evaluated for this most recent award period. Evaluations measured a variety of factors including hospital survival rates, complication rates, patient experience and level of nursing care. High Performing ratings for medical specialties were awarded to hospitals providing care that is significantly better than the national average.
