Plans for the Park reveal an approximate 1/2 Million Sq. Ft. of new concrete construction, with various exterior courtyards and decks, and even a Cypress Forest Bathing Trail.

The property is a part of the Southchase PD, and would require a Master Plan or Planned Development process with Orange County as Agency with Jurisdiction.
