COVID-19 Vaccine Events at Community Health Centers

Community Health Centers, Inc. is offering the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine at several upcoming vaccine events throughout Orange County.  Eligible individuals include new or established individuals 18 years old and older for first or second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine.  Walk-in only.  There is no cost to receive the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine.  Please bring a Photo ID (with birthdate).
