The hospital suspends volunteer services and valet parking, and adjusts the request process for medical records due to COVID-19
Orlando – Orlando Health has suspended volunteer services and valet parking, as well as the hospital has adjusted how medical records will be requested in order to maintain a safe environment for patients, guests and team members.
Effective immediately, the changes are as follows:
- Volunteer Services. The hospital will temporarily suspend volunteer services throughout all Orlando Health facilities, which includes our pet therapy volunteers.
- Valet Parking. This service will be temporarily discontinued on all campuses across Central Florida, except for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies.
- Medical Records. After completing a release form, patients can access medical records via telephone and email. Requests for these records must be made via mail, email or by fax.
